1 ball of pizza dough
2 chicken breasts, cubed
1/4 white onion, roughly chopped
Newman's Own Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic Sauce
Mozzarella
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Salt
Crushed Red Pepper, optional
Basil
Oregano
Preheat the oven at 350.
Roll out pizza dough until it forms a 11" x 8" rectangle. Throw on some basil, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Drizzle dough with olive oil. Place in oven for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, coat the bottom of a medium-sized saucepan with olive oil. Turn burner to medium heat and heat oil. Once pan is heated, throw in chicken, black pepper, salt, basil. and oregano. Cook until all sides of chicken are white. Remove from heat and set aside.
Pull out pizza crust. Use a knife to poke holes in the crust. Next pour tomato sauce over the dough and spread with a spoon. Then take chicken and spread over the pizza, along with the onions. Take grated Parmesan and sprinkle over the top of the pizza. Then sprinkle mozzarella over the top. Add crushed red pepper (if desired) and more grated parm.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
Yay! I actually remembered to take a picture!
